Unworn/unwashed garments can be exchanged in return for the same garment in a different size within 3 days of your purchase with their original receipt & tag attached. For web orders, the package must be returned to the courier within 3 days of receipt.
Garments may be exchanged in return for a different design or size, if the replacement size/design combination is still available. Kavya Kriti will offer exchanges for other products if the requested exchange item is not in-stock and cannot be made-to-order.
If something is faulty with your merchandise, you can get it exchanged within 3 days of your purchase with its original receipt & tag. For web orders, the package must be returned to the courier within 3 days of receipt.
At this time, return shipping charges must be borne by the customer. We may offer free returns in the near future.
Unused/unworn products purchased through Kavya Kriti's website may be presented at Kavya Kriti's retail outlets for exchange. (with all tags attached) (Stock permitting)
We do not offer any refunds on purchased items.
Our Made-to-Order collection cannot be exchanged or refunded. The products are custom-made and have no resale value.
The customers are requested to courier the bought product(s) to our designated address, once their return request is accepted.
